One of the main issues that all of us is dealing with is reduced budgets. The largest expense of departments that offer trainings is the overtime pay for officers.
With my Investigation-Crime Scene Photography workshops an Audio Video CD with the entire class is included and I am looking for some feed back on running the workshops differently. Rather that having 3-4 hour sessions make the Video available before hand with an “open book” quiz (time to review and do quiz 30-60min) then have a 1 hour “lab” starting with a Q&A, then finish the event with hands on using the camera and taking photos.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
thanks;
